01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlli99 platform, creating an account, or using any of the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jlli99 is not liable for any losses or consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.5 Account Verification

jlli99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method used on your account at any time. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or any other government-issued identification recognised in the Philippines. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlli99 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jlli99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify jlli99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. jlli99 will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery and security following a verified report of unauthorised access.

jlli99 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account immediately without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions pending investigation.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

jlli99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlli99 does not accept deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jlli99 Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation of successful transfer from the e-wallet provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. jlli99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to jlli99 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jlli99 support;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balance must have been satisfied in full;

6.4 Eligibility

Promotions offered by jlli99 are available only to eligible registered players who are 21 years of age or older, physically located within the Philippines, and whose accounts are in good standing with no active compliance flags. jlli99 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is a history of bonus abuse or where the player is subject to a voluntary self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction.

07 Game Rules & Player Conduct

All games available on the jlli99 platform — including JILI slot titles, live dealer casino tables, bingo rooms, and sabong streams — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game environment. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

• Any loss or damage to your device resulting from downloading or accessing the jlli99 platform or any associated software.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jlli99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under Philippine law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

jlli99 operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the requirements of PAGCOR's regulations or directives, the PAGCOR requirements shall prevail.

15 Amendments to Terms

jlli99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, jlli99 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on file, including via platform notification or email. The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
